Business Development Manager

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with at least 5 years experience of selling enterprise class solutions to medium to large enterpirses in Ireland. The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. You will be a self starter with keen business acumen. You will be target driven, customer focused and be capable of delaing with “CXX” level individuals. You will already have established relationships with medium to large enterprises. You will act at all times with the highest integrity.


  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
  • Work with the wider team


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Must have at least 5+ years’ of sales or account management experience ideally information Security Solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
