“We recently engaged the team from CommSec to review our Telephony infrastructure. As part of this review CommSec identified a requirement for an upgrade to our telephony Infrastructure for one of our Key Businesses in the UK. They provided and an accurate needs based licensing and maintenance model for the business to use as a framework whilst managing both business requirements workshops and technical dialogue sessions.
They also assisted our team with the design of our Request for Proposal (RFP) process and assisted us in identifying and selecting Telephony vendors that could meet the requirements of our business. The selected solution is now being successfully rolled out, delivering significant business benefits and efficiencies.
