Service Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking a customer-focused Service Delivery Coordinator to support the delivery of our managed cyber security services. This person will be responsible for coordinating service delivery, managing client projects end-to-end, and ensuring support with contractual obligations.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of managed security services to assigned clients;
  • Act as a central point of contact for client service delivery, maintain alignment between client contracts, service scope, and delivery;
  • Ensure that all clients SLA are adhered to in timely response;
  • Lead key process such as incident management and change management for the service to clients;
  • Prepare reports, status updates, and documentation for internal and client review;
  • Collaborate with technical teams to manage schedules, resources, and deliverables;
  • Work with the account management team to ensure both client satisfaction and commercial targets are achieved;
  • Plan, track, and manage internal and client-facing projects to success.

Completion, including commercials;

  • Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and communication for service and project stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery processes for clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a client-facing, customer-focused role (ideally in IT, cyber security, or managed services)
  • Experience in a service coordination or client-facing role within a technical or managed services environment;
  • Experience with developing solutions to meet client business requirements; –
  • Good understanding of networking, and/or cyber security services or terminology is an advantage;
  • Familiarity with IT service management principles (ITIL knowledge beneficial).
